The Importance of Mentorship
Having a mentor is not only an additional way for us at Stardale to help guide our girls towards success and empowerment, but also provides an extra ear to listen and heart to connect with. Having mentors incorporated as part of our program also provides opportunities to many girls they may not have experienced otherwise. While each mentorship relationship is different they all operate within the core Stardale values of empowerment and confidence building.
